Participants work in the role of HR Administrators to gain hands-on experience configuring and using the HRSD application to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, and securely manage HR data using Zurich release capabilities.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to review the ServiceNow HRSD solution and its capabilities; configure HR Criteria, User Criteria, HR Case templates, document templates, and HR Profiles; define and manage HR Services, HR Service Catalogs, and Catalog Items; manage content and access within the Employee Center; create HR Knowledge articles and understand the Knowledge Management lifecycle; configure and use HR Skills for case assignment; apply security constraints governing HR data access; manage HR Case processes and HR surveys; and analyze HR data using reporting, dashboards, and Platform Analytics.

Learning Objectives
Module 1: HR Service Delivery Overview
- Objectives: Review the HR Service Delivery application and its integration with the ServiceNow platform; identify key HRSD features; optionally review essential ServiceNow platform concepts.
Module 2: Security, Roles, and Skills
- Objectives: Explore how users, groups, and roles provide contextual security; configure and manage HR Skills; use Skills to auto-assign HR Cases; generate HR Profiles for employees; understand role-based permissions across HR functions.
Module 3: Employee Center and HR Case Management
- Objectives: Explore the Employee Center experience; review HR Case architecture and table structure; configure Document Templates; define HR Services and HR Service Catalogs; create HR Catalog Items; perform bulk HR Case creation.
Module 4: HR Knowledge and HR Catalog
- Objectives: Apply recommended practices for HR Knowledge Management; configure HR Criteria and User Criteria; create and manage HR Knowledge articles; design HR Catalog Items used to initiate HR requests.
Module 5: Reporting, Analytics, and Surveys
- Objectives: Track HR performance using dashboards and reports; configure and run Platform Analytics data collection jobs; analyze HR results; configure and trigger HR Surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
