Course Outline

In this PRINCE2 Agile training course, you will gain the knowledge required to prepare for and successfully pass the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner certification exams. In addition, this training will equip you with the skills and processes to deliver projects that meet your customers’ needs in today’s fast-paced and rapidly changing business environments.

You will also learn to combine the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile with the effective governance and control of PRINCE2.

  • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner Certification Information

    Prior to the course, we recommend 20-30 hours of study of the following materials. Pre-course materials will be emailed approximately ten days prior to the course: 

    • PRINCE2® Agile manual 
    • Study guide to help structure your reading of the manual 

    The course is made of two distinct parts: 

    • Part 1 Is completed in the first two days and focuses on covering all the elements of PRINCE2 Agile that is explicitly identified in the Foundation Exam syllabus.  
    • Part 2 is completed in the final 3 days and reviews the full manual in the depth and detail required to prepare for the Practitioner Exam.  

    Evening study will be required on the first 4 nights of the course.
