- Who Should Attend: Current Project Managers, aspiring Project Managers.

Official Prerequisites: PeopleCert requires one of the following certifications as a prerequisite. PeopleCert will not release exam results without proof of certification.
- PRINCE2 7 Foundation
- PRINCE2 6th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
- PRINCE2 5th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- IPMA Level A (Certified Projects Director)

- Pre-Course Knowledge: To get the most out of your learning experience, Learning Tree recommends working knowledge of project management concepts at the level of Course 296, Project Management Fundamentals, prior to enrolling in this course. Prior working knowledge with PRINCE2 is very helpful. Spending some time familiarizing yourself with the official PRINCE2 eBook before class will also help.

- Exam Delivery: You will receive an exam voucher and a link to register and schedule your online exam session with the PeopleCert web proctoring service. - Exam Prep Course: This course is designed to help you prepare for the practitioner certification exam. You can expect coverage of all exam learning objectives, with a focus on understanding key concepts, terminology, and how they’re assessed. For a deeper, more hands-on learning experience, consider Course 296, Project Management Fundamentals or Course 287, Complex Project Management.
- Content Volume: Certification courses cover a large amount of material in a short time. Instructors prioritize content tied to exam objectives. Supplementary topics will be addressed as time allows.
- Class Pace: Certification courses are fast-paced and adhere to a strict schedule, ensuring all exam objectives are covered. While discussions and examples are included, the focus remains on certification readiness.
- Outside of Class Study Time: Plan for self-study outside of class, especially if the concepts are new to you. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.
