In this module, you will learn how to:

Module 2: The Elements of Influence

In this module, you will learn how to: 

  • Operate with ethics and integrity 
  • Understand the core elements of professional excellence 
  • Recognize the source of your professional power and further develop it 
  • Adapt a proactive approach to strengthening your influence over others

Module 3: Building Your Foundation

In this module, you will learn how to:  

  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships  
  • Maintain ethics and integrity in your work and beyond 
  • Establish and maintain rapport with others 
  • Foster active-listening habits

Module 4: Applying Six Major Influence Principles

In this module, you will learn how to:  

  • Leverage the advantages of Cialdini’s six principles of influence: reciprocity, commitment, social proof, authority, liking, and scarcity 
  • Avoid the pitfalls and traps of each principle

Module 5: Expanding Your Power Base

In this module, you will learn how to: 

  • Leverage the six types of influence power: referent, information, expert, legitimate, reward, and coercive  
  • Navigate and adapt to organizational politics  
  • Identify and apply political strategies effectively
